  • We needed a gas line hookup for our dryer. After receiving a ridiculous list of plumbing items that needed to be addressed from an upselling competitor, we contacted Brickhaas. We were initially given a four hour appointment window. On the day of the appointment, J.P. called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived, checked out our existing line, explained what needed to be done and got to work. It's hard to get excited at the mention of plumbing work. But, J.P.'s attention to detail and love of his work shows. Our new gas line really is lovely. When we asked about replacing an existing washtub and faucet, J.P. actually encouraged us to do the work ourselves. He said if we ran into any trouble we could give him a call, but it was certainly something that we could do. In the end, what we paid Brickhaas wasn't that far off from the upseller's quote. However, we completely trust J.P. and cannot say the same about the competition. We will definitely use Brickhaas for any future plumbing needs.
