  • Just left Rei and had the worst experience. Rod the manager is so rude and offensive. We went in to purchase new garment watches and had questions about exchanging our current one based on information we were given in a different Rei. We had a horrible experience and I am so disappointed because normally I love shopping here. I won't be back.
