Your experience at NCounter begins by paying the bill, giving the place a fast-food feel, which is fine until the bill comes in at thirty dollars for bacon, eggs, and coffee for two. (Hint: Don't make people decide on their tip before they see your service. Making waiters work for tips is bad enough without front-loading the decision on a customer who hasn't had their coffee yet.)
Food quality is average for a diner, about Denny's-ish. Coffee was bland and below-average strength. It won't pick you up if you're not a morning person.
Bathrooms are clean and oddly stylish.
Lastly, if you have crowd-anxiety, avoid this place on the weekends. I went on Sunday for breakfast and shared the school-cafeteria-like dining room with at least a hundred people.
I really can't recommend it, overall. Noisy, crowded, and overpriced for what you get and the experience they provide.
