| - Ok, how are their doors still open for business? Had a tech. Come out for problem with washer Jan. 22 , a month later, with 3 different appointments , 1 was a no show, other one , the tech had car problems but never called to cancel. and last appointment called at last minute to say parts werent in yet...How do you make three separate appointments without the parts? After the first 2 no shows, left a message for Mike, the owner, never received call back. When speaking with their office, a lady named Michelle apologized, but really didn't care that I took time off work for these appointments, I requested my work order be cancelled and told them I would be filiing a complaint with my warranty company and the better business bureau they stated " do whatever you need to do". Guess what? 2 hours later got a call from their office to make an appointment, what the hell? 2 days later got another call for an appointment? Who are these people? Filed a complaint with warranty company, they had a and e factory repair at my home 2 days later, they fixed the washer on the spot, diagnoses definitely not even the same. Never, never use this company, they just dont care about their business, obviously couldn't even get a return call from owner.
