  • I have been going here for dog food, treats n nail trim since they have been open... It's hit or miss with the nail trim. The times I was allowed to go back n hold my dog while his nails were being done, always came out great. When not accompanied always a mediocre job. Today was one of those days. And this time not happy enough not to get it done there again. When my dog came out after less than 5 min, I asked if they can go a tad shorter in the front bc his nails still scraping the floor. I've had them done there a lot shorter and told the girl that. She went back to ask groomer n basically said NO. I was like really??? I proceeded to leave after paying $10 for less than 5 min of work. The front desk girl said it depends on the groomer??? I was astonished bc that shouldn't be a reason .I proceeded to leave n went to the vet literally down the road n they clipped his nails to a shorter length n didn't even charge me bc of my experience here. They said yes you should only trim to a certain point but it wasn't trimmed any where close to the max n they took quit a bit off the front . I will continue to buy my specialty food here but will not go back for any type of grooming/ nail trim again. Very disappointed in this local business which I try to support small businesses but sometimes convenience isn't always the best route;(
