rev:text	THIS COMPANY IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS! Deceptive is an understatement. I'll make this simple. WHY TO NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE: 1. No matter what the internet says, this company IS NOT accredited by the BBB. They ARE NOT a reputable business and if they tell you not to pay attention to their poor rating on yelp, don't believe them. Pay attention, read everything about them on yelp, because all these other reviews are pretty much spot on. I sure wish I had before going through with them. 2. Your "estimated" move quote WILL be higher than you expect, I promise you this. My original quote over the phone was for $1,100. To my surprise, the day their movers showed up it sky rocketed to $2,600 because what do ya know? I had more stuff then they expected. And upon delivery they charged me an additional $500 because of things like stairs and because I lived in the city. So basically I paid THREE TIMES my original quote!!! I'm telling you, just spend the money and get your move done right, don't regret it like I did trying to save a buck...which I didn't even save anyway! 3. It took them 29 BUSINESS DAYS for their truck to show up. That means I spent, lets see here...39 FREAKING days in a city i'd never been before, with none of my things for 39 days. If that's not reason enough to stay away from these guys, I don't know what is. The people who actually run the day to day for this company need a real morality check. Leaving honest, unsuspecting customers without their items for weeks on end is no way to do business. I truly felt like I was at the mercy of this company without my things for so long. It's a violating feeling and no customer deserves to feel that way especially when paying thousands of dollars for your services. On a bright note, after reading these reviews I feared the worst about the condition my items were going to show up in. This was about the only thing that didn't go wrong. Damage was pretty minimal. Couple glasses but that was it. Again, none of that excuses their bate & switch techniques and unbelievably slow transport. It was a tremendous lesson learned. Will never let this happen again.
