  • Called them Thurs 3/16, spoke with the receptionist and left all my contact info. She said it was a bit busy so may not hear from the sales rep until Mon or Tue. It's now Sunday 3/26, and I never heard from anyone at this company. Meh. I don't know how legit all these 5 star reviews are about great service and communication. Especially the communication part. We are looking to break ground 3 weeks from now, so we weren't just calling around. We are very serious and RTG, but I guess they're so busy with projects that they don't need our business. Pretty disappointed given the franchise name and reputation they carry and after reading all these other glowing reviews.
