  • Not my idea to use this company or to install while it's still cold out. Contractor doing installation was exceptionally rude to me about weather conditions upon arrival. As if I like having no back door for two hours when it's -1 (feels like -8) Was also 45 minutes late from time my landlord told me they'd be here. (His fault of landlords.. no sure) Left a giant mess in my apartment, you could tell he was annoyed and wasn't careful. Appears to have done a good job installing and he was nice to my dogs. Plus side? However overall not a fan.
