Went here for a father's day meal. Staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was reminicent of the 1970 and 1980 diner scene. I ordered a Rueben sandwich meal with cheesecurds. My wife got the eggs benedict with fresh fruit. My daughter got the Micky Mouse Pancake and we also got a blueberry crepe.
The Rueben was greasy and I could taste the sauerkraut more than the thousand island dressing. The bread was toasted too long and the corned beef was burnt along the edges.
The eggs benedict had too much sauce but had a great taste to it. Alot of places always over cook the eggs. The fresh fruit was not fresh
The crepe was awesome as well and the blueberries were extremely fresh.
Clealiness is an opportunity, the high chair we had requested had food particles from the last use all over it so we had to wipe it down before use. The table area also was not 100% clean.
I'm going to try this place a 2nd time after that we will see if it was a fluke.
