  • Let me first start by saying I really wanted to like this place. I called to make an appointment and was told to come in at a specific time so I could meet with the nail tech that had the most experience with dip powder nails. When I showed up they were very busy and I was told to take a seat until my tech was ready. She rushed through my entire appointment and my nails ended up looking horrible. My nails were uneven and there was a ton of paint on my cuticles. I paid about $55 including tip for my nails to look a certain way and I was very much disappointed with the outcome. I wanted to ask for the nails to be re-done but my tech was busy assisting another client while my nails dried and by the time she came back over I was just too upset by the whole experience- I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up asking my friend to take off my nails and re-do them with a gel set. I understand businesses get busy but I really felt that my job was rushed and I wasn't appreciated as a customer. I won't be going back.
