  • I'm impressed by the thoroughness of their inspections. I've used A&E a few times at different properties. I've worked with Jack, Sam, and Keith (the owner). They've all been great with returning phone calls, revising contract language, and providing documentation. After a job, I ask them to show all the repairs. No problem, they don't complain about it either. What amazes me most is how detailed their inspection reports are. I bid out roofing projects. A&E takes more pictures and finds literally every defect in the structure. That doesn't mean I accept all their proposed repairs. It does give me a good idea how healthy my roof is. Other vendors go directly to the problem, like a roof leak. They only look at the problem area, offer to replace some felt, and restack a few tiles. It's like they want to get in and out as quickly as possible. That's not the level of service I want. I have A&E inspect all my roofs at least once every five years. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else.
