  • Our 25 person limo bus battery died on our point to point trip for a bachelorette party at the first location. They did send a replacement shuttle but it only held 10 people and it caused us to miss the window for being able to hit our other locations we had planned months in advance. I called to complain the next day that I was not paying for what we received and Amanda was rude and snarky on the phone. I was not expecting them to comp the entire night because they did send another shuttle but a little compassion and heart for what we went through would have been expected. We paid for your services. Never again.
