This company is definitely not an honest company. I went through Sears Home Warranty to get my once a year service check. They assigned this company. They never came out to do the service. I tried to get the service reassigned but they had already billed Sears. Schmidt's claimed that they did an outside visual inspection of the units while I wasn't home. That is quite an impressive feet since my gate is pad locked. Who does a service call without checking for leaks or a pressure test?
Randy is a dishonest individual who lied to me and lied to the warranty company. He also stated that Lee (the tech), Mark, and Jacklyn didn't work at the company, yet I have voicemail messages from both Lee and Jacklyn representing themselves as Schmidt employees. I would run as far from this company as possible.
