  • OMG...Dr Chang was AWFUL! This guy is rude and all around unprofessional. The technician was great. Although that was not her home office. I originally chose to keep a crown that came off from my AF days. Dr Chang wanted to sell me on upgrades. I chose to stick with what worked fine. On that visit they cemented my crown with temporary bond and charged me $50. Well, of course a few months later it came off. They charged me $50 again and used the permanent bond. I was just fine to pay even though the secretary said if it came off the first time; they put it back for free. Oh well. Here's where the visit gets sour. I told them I wanted to keep my crown; just bond it permanently now. Dr Chang got in a snit. Told the tech in front of me, " I don't care if it falls off a hundred times; I'll charge him each time. He starts examining the crown area (Agressively). And squirted water on it. Then said, "the area is too wet, I can't guarantee it won't come off again, or get infected." He also mentioned that he didn't have time for this, and had to get across town. Fortunately, the tech felt for me and did her best to dry and clean out the area, and bond it nicely. So, if I can impress anything from this story; do Not give these folks the privilege of your business. Dr Chang is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. He seems like his chief concern is not your health, but your $$$$.
