  • The customer service is just garbage. Came in on a Saturday to do an exchange with a receipt. I lost my cosmo prof card so the lady at the counter said she was sorry but they couldn't do the transaction because customer service was closed. I call B.S. how does this company run or even stay open on a weekend without customer service. I drove a hour from out of town to do my shopping here. Well that's no longer going to happen. DO YOUR JOB! Prof stands for professional well lead by example change your logo!
