  • I chose this company through a Groupon add for grout cleaning. The price was reasonable so I decided to try them out. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner "Patrick". He was the one who provided the service. He first performed a "test cleaning" to see if he would need to use acid to clean the grout. If this were the case the price would more than double. He did this test on a spot as conspicuous as possible. The results of the test concluded that I needed the acid of course. Leaving me very little choice I had to pay the difference to have the rest of the grout cleaned. When I questioned Patrick about his choice placement of the testing spot he became defensive. It was a typical bait and switch sales tactic. He was extremely arrogant and condescending. I'll never use his service again.
