| - I have been here many times for my cat. Typically, the individuals working have been kind and have asked if I needed anything.
Today, I believe I had the same lady that I have had once before. (I won't jump to conclusions, though).
No greeting whatsoever. When asked if the store carried a particular cat food, she answered, "Not really." Although that was an "interesting" answer (for lack of better words), that was not a big deal in my book.
Finally when I got my things and silently checked out, I said, "Have a great rest of your day." (Perfectly audible and clear). No answer. I was totally ignored.
I almost turned back around to repeat it.. but as soon as I was walking away, she greeted a customer that was waking in when I checked out. "Can I help you with anything?"
I can't make this up. I still feel very offended and let down by these actions. I can't help but wonder if I was treated this way because I am a minority. This may very well be the last time I go here, which is sad. I love supporting small/local businesses, but I also love great customer service and being treated equally even better .
