  • We tried to set this up from afar and it didn't work very well. The actual cleaning service was somewhat slow, as several tasks didnt get done in the alotted 2 hours. What did get done, though, seemed fine. Customer service/communication with us was very poor. They missed the appointment entirely and had to reschedule for the next day, with no explanation given as to why they could not find the apartment after we told them repeatedly. We waited in vain for them to show up. We will not use them again.
