Went with my dad to start prepping for his next car. He doesn't plan on getting a new one for a couple years still but is interested in the Tesla. We went in since we thought it would be a neat way to kill some time as we are visiting from CA. We were greeted by Simba, we let him know exactly what we were doing and he was still happy to talk with us and show us the cars. He spent a fair bit of time showing us the cars in the store and generally chatting. Even though he knew we weren't in the market to buy he offered to let us test drive.
He brought in another gentleman Curtis to take us for a drive. Curtis was very friendly and super willing to walk us through all the features of the car, he seemed excited to show us what it could do and how to use everything even though we were just window shopping. He was very patient with our questions and even showed us a couple cool Easter eggs. Talking to them you can tell they believe in the product they are selling and stand behind it.
Both Simba and Curtis went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valid even though we had no intention of buying at that moment. We found out that Simba had spent time in our area of CA and was familiar with a lot of the surrounding cities. I would highly recommend you ask for either one if you go into the showroom.
For the people who complained about not being able to test drive and having to make an appointment please ignore. They have a VERY limited amount of cars. This is not a dealership with lots full of cars, its a store front that helps you build a custom care and then it gets delivered to you. I find it hard to believe there was any employee there who is anything but passionate about what they are doing.
