rev:text	I'm not sure at what point I bookmarked Papi Queso, but I had them on my must try list. I recently started working in uptown and saw a flyer listing them as a food truck at The Greens on Tuesday, which is only a block away. Luckily I looked them up on their website, and it looks like they no longer do Tuesdays at all and are now uptown for lunch on Fridays, some number of blocks away. So on a Friday afternoon we took the trek to find this truck! Sure enough it was at the corner it was scheduled to be. There were two that we were interested in trying, the obvious being the pig mac and the other mushroom and gruyere. It looks like those are permanent on the menu while they rotate others (could be wrong though?) It took about 15-18 minutes to get our sandwiches completed, with a number of people also waiting. Luckily they cut the grilled cheese sandwiches in half so I had half of each and my husband had the other halves. For the Pig Mac - bbq, mac and cheese, onions, and well cheese! This was my favorite of the two, just loved it! The Mushroom & Gruyere - mushrooms, truffle spread, and cheese. This was also very good, cannot complain one bit about this sandwich, I just happened to love one more than the other. I am definitely eager to go back and try other specials and just get the plain mac and cheese one. I love a good gooey and cheesy grilled cheese and these definitely hit the spot! My only complaint, but it is a food truck I suppose, is I just wish there was better availability/hours on weekends so that we can bring family members on by!
