  • I've been sitting here for almost two hours to get a simple rotation of my tires. Absolute worst time management of any Discount I've been to. They have 8 people in here and they close in 15 minutes. If you can't accomodate your customers. LET THEM KNOW. Don't just keep piling them, cross your fingers and hope you can finish an impossible task TIME MANAGEMENT IS A PART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME
