I was a bit upset that when I called the number that my daughter had for them, it was a call center. They told us that if we took the car to the location we would get a discount over having the mobile service come to our home or work. Well, when she chose to go the route of driving to their location, she got there, the glass was not even delivered. The customer service department failed to order the glass in time for her appointment and then didn't bother to tell them to give her a discount. So not only did she not get the discount, she had to wait longer for her scheduled appointment. Then the real kicker was, the guy that did her window did not clean up after himself. There were shards of glass all over her dashboard and middle console. She got little pieces of glass in her arm. This is truly unacceptable. I called to complain. The gal at the location was extremely apologetic, But she can't do anything about getting her a discount and she would talk to the installer.
