  • Wow! Plantation shutters are a look I've always admired but didn't think were an option because of how expensive they can be. Boyd made my plantation shutter dream a reality! From the first phone call when he answered on the third ring to the prompt first visit with a quote, I knew I'd found the right guy! I expected to pay more than double what he charged me so I was thrilled with my quote. Boyd made the process of picking shutters extremely easy. I was 8 months pregnant and needed a lot of help deciding what was best for our home. My biggest request was that the shutters would be done before the baby arrived and here I am typing this with plenty of time left and beautiful shutters already installed! I knew the shutters would be great but the finished product really exceeded all my expectations. After the very polite and careful installers finished in less than 2 hours, I took a tour of my upstairs and nearly cried at every new gorgeous window! This has been by far the best upgrade we have made to our home. Not only does it make each room beautiful, I was able to sleep in past 6 AM for the first time in my room because I never could cover my arched window properly. Also, we have already noticed a HUGE difference in the temperature in the room. I am so thrilled with the work that Boyd did and the amazing customer service he offered along the way. If I had any questions he answered every phone call and text immediately. He runs a phenomenal business and I am proud to have his work in my home. I will be recommending him to everyone I know and saving up to put shutters downstairs as well!
