This place is definitely in the sketchy part of town. We had found this place on Yelp with great reviews and and decided to have a friend drive us out here. It's truest a hole in the wall.
Our cashier Felix was helpful. It was our first time eating arepas. I'm not sure how Arepas should be but I can give my honest opinion on what I know. I love the fact that the arepas are home made. We ordered #9 Vegetarian, #12 Pabellon Arepa, #1 Asada Arepa, #7 Reina Pepiada and some deserts.
I really liked the arepas but there was sooooo much sauces in it. The meats were practically soaked in sauces. I would have liked to be able to get the meat for its flavor and not just drenched in sauces.
I did however, enjoy the #13 Cachapas. It was sweet arepas with cheese. It was delicious! I would totally order this item again as a snack!
