  • From the first time I went there I've never been so harassed to sign up for a membership. I had one person ask me four times, why I won't sign up for membership. Not accepting my response, "because I don't want one". Their sales pitch is asking, have you used clean freak before? If you respond no, They tell you about the benefit of a membership. If you respond yes, they then ask you why you don't have a membership and explain the benefit of a membership. No matter what they will not except any answer and harass you until you attempt to sign up for a membership. Every time I pull up they walk right up to the car start asking for membership and then start pushing the buttons on the screen for me. They go so fast that every time they have charged me for the nine dollar wash when I only wanted the lowest priced one. They have done that to me three times. The wash is halfway decent but does not dry your car very well. The vacuum area works well. I only give it one star for that reason alone. The aggressive tactics and harassment each time you pull up is overwhelming. I don't go there anymore because every morning when I did, they used to put me in such a bad mood to start my day that it's just not worth the headache and harassment. If you do choose to use this wash, tell them as soon as they walk up you're not interested in a membership and walk away.
