  • I love foie gras so PDC is probably as close to heaven as I will get. It's so good, we ate here twice during a three night stay in Montreal. It would have been three days in a row but my arteries needed to rest a day in between. The mains were solid ,but it's the foie that stands out. Favorite was the cold foie served with crackers. We also had it seared with apples, as a tart, and of course in the poutine - all were excellent. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the kind of place I would love to be able to visit a few times a week if it were not for the 5700 mile commute.
