  • I've been to this Urgent Care three times: two visits for my child and one for me. All three visits, I've never waited over a half hour. Also, the doctors there are very sensitive to children. I was concerned about waiting too long (after reading other reviewers comments). After telling the desk clerk my little girl was congested and had a hard time breathing, they took her back to check her oxygen levels to make sure she would be safe waiting. During the visit for me, the doctor was thorough in his examination. Apparently, he wasn't sure about a diagnostic he took, so he called another doctor to verify. I was grateful for this, as it cleared up a great deal of anxiety for me. I agree however, the waiting room could be cleaner. Comparing the first time to the last visit, the waiting room has lost its luster.
