  • I contacted TQ Diamonds through Yelp and received a reply within one business day from the store manager! My request was a challenge--resize a custom-made brass ring down two full sizes. The manager was upfront with me and explained his concerns as well as what he felt comfortable with attempting should I opt to go forward. I chose to have them see what they could do and I am so happy I did--the craftsmanship was top-notch, the communication I received before, during and after the process was exceptional. The combination of customer service, quality of work, and competitive pricing ultimately resulted in me returning to the store to have another ring--my wedding ring--retipped rather than going to the franchise jeweler I'd previous gone to.
