WARNING: they are remodeling the store and if you see the open windows and doors and make the mistake of thinking this means they are open for business on a Thursday afternoon, they will ambush you and make sure you know what a foolish assumption you've made.
I've frequented this store plenty of times, but this experience was very off putting and unprofessional. A remodel is fine, but when I make a special trip to go to your store, a little courtesy would go a long way if you could politely let me know and maybe even apologize. It's not a big deal if you need to close for a few days, but making me feel like and idiot and then treating me like trash when I am surprised and confused after getting yelled at for walking in an open door is a good way to make sure I don't come back.
I don't want to shop at a place that is only nice to me when they know they can take my money. But if the registers are down, beware, apparently Brighton's customer appreciation goes out the window.
