  • Oh my god. This place is a cluster *bleep*. Let's start with the good: it gives back to the community. Also, things are color-coded. If you know you need pastel purple pants, you could find them with *relative* ease, notwithstanding the cluttered store. Neither of those things make up for the large list of negatives: 1. They have the same price for each style of clothing. All the dresses are $9.99, all the shirts $5.99, etc. Unless it has a name brand, and then, for whatever reason, it's $12.99 (regardless of condition). I understand that they get a lot of donations and this simplifies the pricing process, but you end up with shirts worth .25 cents costing you $9.99. It's frustrating to look through their selections. 2. Disorganized. Even on weekdays, when it's less crowded, stuff is scattered everywhere. You end up rolling over grandma panties in the shoe section and forks from the silverware department stuffed into couch cushions. It's just a mess. 3. Under-staffed. This would solve the cluttered store issues, and would also resolve the god-awful lines, if you end up buying something. You also must embark on a wild goose chase, if you decide to make use of the dressing rooms. 4. C R O W D E D. Even though there are so many negatives, it is somehow crowded every dang day. I don't get it. I have definitely visited for the last time. This place gives me anxiety. Never again!
