  • Been shopping there since it opened. Sadly the customer service has gone to hell. No friendly employees anymore. The service desk is now only open from 8:00am-8:00pm. Heaven forbid anyone would help before or after those times. Tried to buy a lottery ticket twice and I was blown off both times by rude staff. If the store is open then the service desk should be open. Fortunately there is a Fry's Market Place near my house. Looks like they are going to get my business from now on. EDDIE BASHA would roll over in his grave if he knew the sorry state of affairs at his store in McDowell Mountain.
