  • Came here on a sunday afternoon to pick up orders which I have placed online. The staff here didn't seem like they were in their working mode, there was only one lady at the customer service desk. We had to wait 10 mins until she had the time to come serve us even though we were the only ones in line. She had to walk over to returns to help that department out because there was AGAIN ONE employee working and a long line up of customers for returns. As I gave her our order number, she had to call multiple times because no one in the back warehouse was picking up the phone so they can retrieve my order. Once she got hold of someone in the back, which was 15 mins later, she told us an employee will come out with our order shortly. Waited 5 mins and 5 mins and waited some more. It took them another 15mins until an employee pushed out my order. The shape that the product was in looked like it was thrown around and tossed multiple of times!! The box was ripped, teared, dented and seemed like it's going to fall apart, I just cannot imagine what was done to it previously!! I asked them if I could get one in a better shape, he told me they're all the same, if you have a problem with broken parts, just call the manufacturer, they can replace it for you. He didn't EVEN CARE one bit!! He just wanted to give us the product then leave! They have VERY SLOW customer service and VERY POOR attitude towards customers! Will NOT RETURN here to purchase!!!
