  • This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Vegas! It's about 30min from the strip but definitely worth it! My grandfather is a professional chef and refuses to go out while we're in Vegas and cooks for the family instead EXCEPT if it's to go out to Hong Kong Garden. Everything is served family style, so you'll get a family sized portion for every ala carte order you make. Hot tea and a delicious soup with a savory pork broth and meat falling off the bones is served first. Steamed rice is also served with your meal. Must haves: egg whites and scallop fried rice, snow pilaf, salt and pepper shrimp, crispy pork, DUCK (duh), and their crispy noodles. Food and service is fast! The servers and workers are a humble and efficient people. We make a return almost every time we're in town, which Vegas being the 9th island of our home Hawai'i, is very often!!!!
