Not a good first impression. Went to the South Park mall store at 12:15 on Sunday. Store hours are not posted, 6 women were standing around inside, and the door wasn't locked so we went in. I said hello and was greeted by unfriendly stares and promptly told the store doesn't open until 12:30. This would have been ok if they hadn't looked at us like we were stupid. It was obvious no one was about to put customer service ahead of the 15 minutes till opening. I apologized and jokingly my husband told them they just missed out on a big sale. The only response was more looks of disdain and not one word was spoken- not asked what we wanted or if we would mind coming back. If we had been treated respectfully when we walked in, we wouldn't have minded waiting or returning. We are upstanding people, dressed very nicely. I hate to think how anyone not as presentable would've been treated. And yes, a very large sale was lost. Is this the typical Kendra Scott attitude or typical "South Park"?
