  • Horrible place to have impacted ear wax removed from your ear. Dr. Palacious doesn't even see you. The Physicians Assistant?? Dennis Dey does the work and is terribly incompetent! Used a vacuum and some COLD water to remove the wax. Well, the wax did not come out and I was in pain for days. Mr. Dey is not anyone I would recommend to have an procedure performed. He didn't seem to sure of himself the entire time.
