I had never heard of this place before stopping by on a whim (read: cover is $2 cheaper than across the street), but had a lot of fun. Although the band's sets weren't long enough, dudes rocked out on the electric guitar. One kid looked about 12 years old and had a stupified look on his face that made him more qualified for radio, but you can't deny the talent.
The place has a bit of a country crowd, with some old, dirty, stuttering stumblers that are very clearly regulars, which kind of adds to the decor. It's one of those places that seems more suited to orangeville than toronto.
If it weren't for the band, I'm not sure I would have even noticed where I was. 3 stars for a taste for talent.
