  • Michael and Thida were great to work with. From the very beginning they provided information without pressure. I've been thinking of "right sizing" to a single story for awhile and they provided me with a detailed seller's report and a listing presentation that made me feel comfortable with them. While we started discussing the idea in 2016, it wasn't until March 2017 that we began the process. After signing the listing agreement, Michael and Thida worked quickly to get my house photographed, listed and marketed. We had open houses 3 weekends in a row and had 3 solid offers over that period. Unlike a lot of agents, they didn't "push" me to accept the first offer that came in. The patience paid off and we sold my home to a solid buyer for more than ask with a very quick close. Not only were Michael and Thida awesome to work with on the sale of my home; but they found me the perfect "right sized" home and negotiated a great price for me. They also helped me purchase an investment property in a super competitive market and were able to make my offer stand out over 5 competing offers without overpaying.
