Update:
Went with my mom to drop off our family van for a Toyota recall. We had an appointment for the service and drop off at 7am. After my mom was done talking to her service manager and the van in their garage, we asked to be put on the the shuttle service list to get a ride back home. The shuttle didn't start running until 7:30am so my mom and I waited in their cafe area enjoying the complimentary coffee and donuts.
We received a phone call around 730am and were picked up in a van driven by one of their staff along with another person who was getting their car serviced. The driver dropped off the first person then proceeded to drop my mom and I home. The experience felt somewhat like an Uber pool where multiple parties get dropped off at multiple destinations in one ride. Our driver was friendly and was able to hold a conversation with my mom which can be hard sometimes.
My dad will be picking up the van later on in the day after he gets off of work to go home. We were told to just give them a call to have a shuttle pick him up to get our van.
Like I said in my previous post their customer service is great and something like a shuttle service makes it even that much better!
