  • Customer Service here has significantly gone downhill in the last year.The last couple times I came here to shop I had a horrible experience. At least they are consistent... Consistently bad! I've shopped here on weekends during the weekdays and weeknights and every time I come there's always a long line at the checkout takes forever. The store associates are extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and I'll have attitude problems. There is no phone reception inside his mall. So one time I tried to pull up a promotion no email and only half of the email would load. The barcode was showing but the staff made me go back out into the parking lot where there is reception and download the entire email message before I could come back and show it to them. And she didn't even look at the second half and just went and scanned it. Went through all that trouble for nothing. On my recent visit I asked for the location of a specific type of bra and it took me 10 minutes just to find a staff member, and she just pointed in some general direction and did not show me anything or try to help me. I'd rather drive across town to go to a different location than this one!!
