| - I had the worst manicure I've ever received. The tech was beyond unprofessional and far more rude than I would ever have expected and certainly did not deserve. To be fair, I wouldn't and will not give this tech the chance to redeem his reputation. That ship has sailed....
But to spare you the details I had my nails done on a Thursday afternoon and on Monday morning I was at a new salon getting them redone, repaired, and am so happy with them. I had 4 lifting from a basic gel polish. Nothing special, and the tech couldn't manage that, I was not a walk in...I had a scheduled appointment. If the tech had not been so personally insulting with his bad manners, I would have been happy to go back and get them redone. Anyway, I am , to the right tech, a repeat customer, I'm not late, I don't miss appointments, tip in cash, reschedule before I leave and don't whine about things. I usually tip 25 percent in cash. All you had to do was your job well and be courteous. You messed it up big time.
