I like that they have non toxic nail polish and the pedis have always been good. The girl messed up my toe a couple times and took the time to redo it. Because of that, it wasn't fully dry when I left and got messed up again by the time I got home (they don't have nail dryers). After having the courtesy to call before coming back the next day to fix it, the receptionist made me stare at her before she acknowledged me (I know you see me), then offered everyone around me tea or water several times while ignoring me, and scolded me before I left to "be careful" as if I did this on purpose. So thanks for your fake service and smiles, Sekai, as once they have your money, they couldn't care less about customer service.
