  • @chefsymon absolutely nails it again with Mabel's! My buddy Jeff and I spit an order of spätzle which was delicious and we both got an order of brisket. One fat and one lean. We both loved the lean brisket, it fell apart as soon as it touched the fork. Only complaint was the House BBQ sauce had a strange mustard taste. Not that great. Other than that it was delicious.
