  • I love love love love this place !!! Seriously I have tried maybe 12 different boxing and bootcamp places and no one can match this one !!! What I love : - women only - new - clean - the trainers - the owners - the variety of exercises - the price - the people !!! - location What I wish I could change: - I wish they had a location in each city Including Mesa where I live but this place is so good I don't mind the 30 min drive! Very worth it !!!! Currently there are 3 location Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix My advise to you: - try it no matter what your fitness level is! I was not in such a good shape and I found myself getting stronger and stronger each week I went - don't quit ! No matter what ! There is a reason it's so challenging! You will get results- and it will not be easy but you can do it!!!!!!!! What they offer : You can buy boxing MMA gloves there and some select workout outfits - there are no showers but LA FITNESS, planet fitness and lifetime are across the street to the right! In the same lot as IKEA DEALS : start with the Groupon like I did! Very worth it Finally... Thank you Len and Kim! This is exactly what I needed!!!
