  • Not to mention the Internet booking in Toronto is not up to the minute. My friend and I booked a room online and came to check-in 15 minutes later and there were no rooms available. HOWEVER, the ladies at the front desk pulled through and helped us with an upgrade with a nicer room. The dedication was impressive and the service attitude was amazing. The location was right in the heart of restaurants, bars, lounges and hot spots within walking distance (2-5 blocks) parking is not a problem at the hotel. Easy access to everything and the experience was No. 1 I say no more
