Unfortunately I had to be referred to the ER by my oral surgeon. Registration was quick, waited in the lobby a few minutes, then taken back for a CT scan, sat back in the lobby, then blood draw in a little lab right off the waiting room. The ER doctor saw me in the hallway next to registration. A few minutes later I was taken into to ER and put in a bed in the hallway, where an IV with antibiotics was started. I have crummy veins and the nurse finally got the meds going. Almost 11 hours later, I was transferred to a hospital room, where I stayed 2 nights. The staff were professional and effient. Even the food service was accommodating, switching fried chicken strips for a peanut butter sandwich. Hopefully I never have to go back, but everyone was caring and professional.
