  • I've used Nelson for over 5 years now at two different homes. Their tech's are great and I've never had an issue with their spray or anything. On several occasions the customer service from their office has been less than acceptable. Whether it's not returning my call when I need to schedule service or texting me to remind me of service or taking me off rotation, then rudely blaming me for it when I was told it was up to me when I wanted service. Just not very customer friendly and after having several times having to deal with it and the attitude I decided to go elsewhere.
