  • This was the worst manicure to date. I went in to change up my gel manicure wanting a fresh cat eye gel polish for Halloween. I had never had the dip powder before and they sold it hard. I told them I would think about it and maybe next time, but nope, they were determined to sell me the dip powder service. They did not fully remove the gel from my previous manicure (they assured me that it wasn't important), then they proceeded to dip my nails in the powder repeatedly. My nails looked to fake and chunky. The assured me it would be filed down to look natural. It never looked natural, even after asking them to file more. The dip wasn't setting right and they blamed me for not holding my hands the correct way infront of the fan, then I was holding my hands too close to the fan... long story short, after 1.5hrs of sitting there, waiting, having three different techs and a choppy looking nail job... I will not go back. They also charged me full price for a service I could tell they knew was terrible. I would steer clear.
