The customer service is terrible which makes a huge difference. When speaking to the representative they might seem like they will help, but that is not the case. I have been promised a call back by many representatives, and have no received it.
My cameras went bad within the first month of purchase, and while I do have warranty, no one seems to know what is going on with my service ticket for them to send me a replacement. The keep telling me they have to contact the warehouse and they will get back to me. It has been over 4 weeks, and even though I keep calling, they keep giving me " the run around". I spoke to Lee, Sam, Juan, and many other representatives who have all have no answer as to why the replacement camera has not been sent out.
Indeed you will wait a very long time to speak to a representative. But the worst thing is when they do not know what is going on, and the supervisor does not know what is going on.
