  • So I used to really like this establishment (store 21 on 27th & Bethany) Well let's say for past 2weeks I been calling for Jose... they been saying he's on vacation . So i went in there, they have a new manager & ownership. So I after realizing the new changes... I found out Jose doesn't work for the company any longer! after so many years you have to wonder why Not happy about the fact they could told me the truth...weeks ago at that, wasted my time smh. Jose was more than a manager there, he specializes in jewelry & that's why I was trying to reach him! Jeez thanks for nothing! Side note, I found him in time to still get my twins gift made up before there 18th birthdays. You want find Jose at a corporate pawnshop that's for sure! Just look around private pawnshops & you will find him as well he will always be the pawn man. Thank goodness lol
