rev:text	My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Concord because we enjoyed the Great Wolf Lodge that day. We chose this hotel because it was convenient and my husband is also a silver member which is always a good thing. When we arrived the hotel is in a HUGE parking lot. The hotel has a conference area so I am assuming that's why the parking lot is so big. The parking lot was clean with an exception of one spot it looked like someone may have spilled something but the next day it was gone. When we first walked in to check in was easy. They asked for my husbands name and we were checked in. They gave us bottled water + m&m's which I thought was really nice. After we were checked in they also sent us a text message asking how our check in went which was cool. The rooms are bit outdated. I feel like the living space could have better furniture. The color is a little sad. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. I felt like the headboard was very small for the bed. They bathroom had plenty of towels and was clean. The water temperature + pressure was good too. The following morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which is always great. Their grits are very good. And the omelet station is good too. All of the staff was pleasant + nice. Overall nice hotel, needs updating but very clean. Ps, we stayed on the 11th floor and the view was amazing!!
